Corrections Policy

How to report an error, and what TheJusGrow does when we get something wrong.

Last updated September 26, 2026

We try hard to get things right, but AI products change quickly and we will sometimes make mistakes. When we do, we want to fix them quickly and openly.

How to report an error

Use our contact page and choose “Correction” as the subject if the form offers it. Please include:

  • the article’s title or link;
  • what you believe is wrong; and
  • a source for the correct information, if you have one.

We read every correction request. We aim to review reports within a few working days, and faster for anything that could cause harm, such as incorrect safety or security advice.

What we do

Corrections. If we got a fact wrong, we fix it in the article and add a note at the end explaining what was changed and when — for example: “Correction, 12 October 2026: An earlier version of this article said X. In fact, Y.” We don’t silently change factual errors.

Clarifications. If something was accurate but could be misunderstood, we reword it and may add a clarification note.

Updates. Because products change, many articles need routine updates — a renamed feature, a new plan, a changed price. These aren’t corrections of errors; we update the article’s “Updated” date and, where the change matters to readers, mention it in the text.

Removals. We rarely remove articles. If an article is no longer accurate and can’t sensibly be updated, we may replace it with a note or redirect it to a current article.

What we don’t do

We don’t change articles because a company would prefer different wording, and we don’t remove accurate criticism. We will, however, always consider factual corrections from anyone — including the companies we cover.

Accountability

The editor is responsible for corrections. If you’re unhappy with how a correction request was handled, reply to our response and it will be reviewed again.
